Our story
Born from 20 Years on the Front Lines
After two decades leading healthcare operations across complex specialties like home health, Oncology and Cardiology, our founder Santosh Dave kept running into the same two problems that no one was solving.
In October 2023, Santosh decided to stop waiting for someone else to fix it. He combined deep healthcare domain expertise with cutting-edge AI to build Magic Health—a platform with the clinical depth to understand every conversation, the intelligence to act on it, and the transparency to measure what matters.
Problem 1
Data was locked away
First, critical patient data was trapped—locked inside faxes, PDFs, and phone calls with no reliable way to extract it completely or accurately. Clinicians spent hours on duplicate data entry instead of caring for patients. Interoperability was a buzzword, not a reality.

Conversations were invisible
Second, virtually the entire patient lifecycle—intake, prior authorization, revenue cycle, patient engagement—happened over the phone. But nobody knew what was actually being said. Decisions were made on guesses, not facts.
